Abstracts of the
invited talks and posters should be send for
inclusion in the official list of abstracts
which will appear online.
- June 1
Hotel Reservation
Conference Registration
All hotel reservations and conference registrations
should be completed before this date. Rooms
at the conference hotels will be given out on
a first come first serve basis. After June 1,
reservation of the conference hotels will not
be guaranteed and an additional late registration
fee will be processed.
- July 1
Cancellation with
partial refund
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by MITOS S.A.,
no later than July 1, 2007.
Refunds of the original payment, less a 100 € service fee,
will be mailed following the conference.
Cancellations received after July 1, 2007 will NOT be refunded.
After this date no refund will be possible
