All participants should send their Conference
Registration and Hotel Reservation Form to Mrs.
Efi Galanaki
the conference secretary as early as possible.
Payment methods are listed on the registration
form. Please follow the instructions carefully.
During the Symposium
The registration desk will be open on
Wednesday August 1, 2007, from 18:00 to 21:00
hrs for conference check-in and registration.
The desk will also be open throughout the Symposium
in accordance with the daily program for enquiries,
financial dealings and general information.
Payments at the
registration desk can only be made in cash, Visa
or Master Card.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration or hotel reservation
must be communicated in writing to the Symposium
Secretariat. More details are given on the Registration
Form itself and also under Accommodations. |
